Outdoor cooking

I have no idea why, but cooking, eating and enjoying a meal outside makes food taste incredible …. last night I cooked on open fire and made biscuits sprinkled with sugar and covered y with strawberrys, vegetables coveted with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, potatoes and onions and some steak. Man. Yum. A little while later the raccoons joined me and wanted in on the fun ! The stage was a set with a half waxing gibbous… bright shining through trees , Pathways lite up and the nightly magic takes place. Truly something to experience!
