Cold mornings like this I can’t wait sit to heat up the water and start a hot brew of freshly roasted beans and sit by the window and contemplate the day. Usually the grosbeaks are at the feeder with their mates, bunnies are the inning around. Soon baby fawns will be coming in. And then that sip of fresh brew to complete the morning activity. Yes, coffee is a drug, a warm beautiful dream.
